We invite academicians, researchers, and practitioners in the field of interdisciplinary studies in education to submit their research articles and scholarly ideas for publication in the NUNé journal.

About the Journal
The Journal of Social Development Research (JSDR) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal dedicated to advancing multidisciplinary research on inclusive and sustainable social development. The journal provides an academic platform for the dissemination of original research that examines social change, community empowerment, human capacity development, social innovation, and institutional transformation. It promotes scholarly inquiry into the processes, practices, and policies that contribute to equitable social progress, community well-being, and sustainable development.
JSDR welcomes original research articles, empirical studies, applied research, and critical analyses employing quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches. The journal's multidisciplinary orientation encompasses social development and community empowerment; education and human capacity development; digital transformation and social innovation; sustainable economy and livelihoods; and environmental sustainability and community resilience. Research addressing the relationships among these fields is particularly encouraged when it offers meaningful theoretical, methodological, or practical contributions to inclusive and sustainable social development.
The journal particularly encourages studies addressing social inclusion, community participation, local development, community-based education, literacy, skills development, digital inclusion, technological adoption, community entrepreneurship, sustainable livelihoods, environmental awareness, climate adaptation, and community resilience. Research exploring collaboration among universities, government institutions, civil society organizations, the private sector, and local communities is also welcome, particularly when it demonstrates how cross-sectoral partnerships contribute to community empowerment, institutional development, and sustainable social transformation.
JSDR seeks to publish research that advances theoretical understanding, generates empirical evidence, informs public policy, and contributes to practical solutions for contemporary social development challenges. The journal values interdisciplinary perspectives that connect education, technology, economic development, environmental sustainability, and social institutions within a coherent framework of inclusive and sustainable development.
All submitted manuscripts must present a clearly defined research problem, a sound theoretical or conceptual foundation, an appropriate and transparent methodology, well-supported findings, and a critical discussion grounded in relevant scholarly literature. Manuscripts are expected to demonstrate a clear contribution to knowledge, policy, or practice in social development. The journal does not consider submissions that merely describe activities, programs, or community service initiatives without systematic research, sufficient analytical depth, and a clearly articulated scholarly contribution.
